Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons such as Christmas, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume.

We currently ship across Canada

• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days (depending on location)
• Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Holiday Orders

Please allow extra time during November and December, as carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing Christmas orders before December 10th to ensure delivery before the holidays.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Lost or Damaged Packages
