Return Policy

We hope you love your LIMANY LOUNGEWEAR purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, pajamas, loungewear sets, and intimate items are final sale, unless defective or damaged.
• Sale and seasonal items are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email support@limanyloungewear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
