1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada. International shipping is not yet available.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping for $12.99 on all orders. Shipping is free on promotions or when stated at checkout.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and typically delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time during the holiday season.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s progress.
5. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.
Pajamas, loungewear sets, and sale items are final sale for hygiene reasons. See our full Return Policy for more information.
6. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@limanyloungewear.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
